Special Containment Procedures: FMC-005 is to be kept in a darkened room at all times. If the object is exposed to light or seen by personnel using a light frequency other than infrared, remove personnel for mental health screening and immediate physical. Object is to be encased in an iron-shielded box, suspended from the ceiling with a minimum clearance of 2.5 m (8 ft) from the floor, walls, and any openings.
Description: FMC-005 was retrieved by Archaeologist K.M. Sandoval during the excavation of a northern Italian tomb destroyed in a recent storm. The object,is a weird looking musical instrument, The first personnel to locate the thing (Site 19 Special Salvage) had two (2) members descend into insanity as they had tried to playu it, ultimately resulting in massive blood loss and internal trauma.
It seems normal untill when someone plays it they start to lose blood rapidly. We believe the red stuff around and on it is berries or red ink. It has been found out that what we initilaay believed was false,the red ink/berries, is acctully blood.

Subject: D-84
Procedure: Subject told to shake FMC-005
Results: Subject shakes it once,fells nothing, when he shakes it 10 times,Agent Cassidy notices blood coming out of D-84's wrist. At 20 shakes, D-84 is screaming in pain untill at the 30th shake he [DATA EXPUNGED]'s.
Notes: this subject was a weak minded man,mabey try a more powerful one.
